At Sons of the Soil Supply Co., every item is made to order through our trusted third-party printing and shipping partners. Because each piece is created specifically for your order, all sales are final unless there is a problem with the item you received.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

​

Ordering the wrong size

Choosing the wrong color or style

Change of mind

Please review all sizing charts and product details before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos showing the problem

If your claim is approved, we will either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

Order Changes and Cancellations

​

Because orders move into production quickly, requests for order changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of purchase. After that point, the order may already be in production and cannot be changed or canceled.

Shipping Issues

​

Sons of the Soil Supply Co. is not responsible for:

Carrier delays after an order has shipped

Orders lost due to an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.
